29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a. On or about July 16, 2013, at the north side of the building, two employees installing GP Densglass Sheathing on the exterior walls of the commercial building were using a Genie telescopic aerial lift without their lanyards fastened to the basket, exposing themselves to a fall hazard of 15 feet.
