29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) DH Corporation at 3300 West 45th Ave., Denver, CO 80211: On or before July 16, 2013, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards when installing rain gutters on a residential tile roof with a 5 in 12 pitch. Condition exposed employees to fall hazard of up to 25 feet.
