29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: Location: Worksite Employees work with a number of paints, primers, sealers, and activators, which contain isocyanates, epoxy and acrylic resins, heptanes, acetone, ethyl benzene, ethyl acetate, and ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, and the employer had not developed a written program to ensure that: 1) the employees were adequately trained on the hazards of such chemicals 2) MSDSs were available to and employees knew how to obtain MSDSs
