29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(B): Runs of open conductors used as temporary wiring branch circuits were located where the conductors would be subject to physical damage, or the conductors were fastened at intervals exceeding 10 feet: a) At Bellevue Women's Hospital, 2210 Troy Schenectady Road, Niskayuna, New York 12309 on or about 07/16/13 120 volt temporary wiring was run on the floor to a splice for a location where a number of outlets were made available for temporary power in a room to the side of the new vestibule at the hospital front entrance. This temporary wiring was located where it was exposed to physical damage
