29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide, listed in Table Z-1, in excess of the 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) concentration of 50 parts per million (ppm): a. This violation occurred on July 12, 2013, in the lean building, where a 105 work cell operator was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour TWA of 385.0 ppm, approximately 7.70 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm. b. This violation occurred on July 12, 2013, in the lean building, where a Table 5 assembler was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour TWA of 493.9 ppm, approximately 9.88 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm. c. This violation occurred on July 12, 2013, in the lean building, where a 105 work cell operator was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour TWA of 282.5 ppm, approximately 5.65 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm. d. This violation occurred on July 12, 2013, in the lean building, where a 104 work cell operator was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour TWA of 308.0 ppm, approximately 6.16 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm. e. This violation occurred on July 12, 2013, in the lean building, where a Table 1 assembler was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour TWA of 283.9 ppm, approximately 5.68 times the permissible exposure limit of 50 ppm. f.
