29 CFR 1910.272(k): Receiving pit feed openings in the grain handling facility, such as truck or railcar receiving pits, were not covered by grates which had a maximum opening width of 2 2-Jan inches:  At the time of the inspection, the drag conveyor used as a receiving pit had several sections of the guard broken and left an opening of more than 6 inches.
