The personal protective equipment include but was not limited to steel toed boots, gloves, hard hats, and safety glasses. Employees did not receive personal protective equipment training on items that included but were not limited to (1) When PPE is necessary, (2) How to properly don, doff, adjust, and wear PPE, (3) The limitations of the PPE, and (4) The proper care, maintenance, useful life and disposal of the PPE.
