29 CFR 1926.1407(g): The employer failed to ensure that at least one electrocution hazard warning was conspicuously posted in the cab within view of the operator and at least two were posted on the outside of the equipment. On or about July 17, 2013; on the north side of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to operate and work near a mobile crane (Sumitomo SC1500, S/N-SC150-0010) without ensuring that at least one electrocution hazard warning was conspicuously posted in the cab so that it is in view of the operator and at least two electrocution hazard warnings were posted on the outside of the crane.

29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(2)(xvii): 29 CFR 1926.1412(f)(2)(xvii): The warning labels and decals originally supplied with the equipment by the manufacturer or otherwise required under this standard were missing or unreadable. a) On or about July 17, 2013; on the south side of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to operate a mobile crane (Kobelco CKE 2500-S/N JD02-00202) in order to perform steel erection activities without ensuring that the (control) decals originally supplied with the equipment by the manufacturer were maintained and readable. b) On or about July 17, 2013; on the north side of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to operate a mobile crane (Sumitomo SC1500-S/N SC150-0010) in order to perform steel erection activities without ensuring that the (control) decals originally supplied with the equipment by the manufacturer were maintained and readable.
