29 CFR 1910.272(g)(4):     The employer of the grain handling facility did not provide equipment for rescue operations, which was specifically suited for the bin, silo, or tank being entered:     Employees were exposed to engulfment hazards while entering an Bin 16, which contained corn, because rescue equipment was not provided.    Premier Cooperative, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.272(g)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 108029, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on February 28, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 7061 E. 850 N. Rd., Fairmount, IL 61841.
