29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501: a) On or about July 17th 2013, employees of G&A Building Inc. were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6 feet while engaged in roofing activities on the roof of a residential building with no fall protection in place. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
