The hole/pit had a skid partially covering it and was configured  in an L shape that measured approximately 109 inches long by 36 inches wide and 24 inches deep, thereby exposing employees to injuries, on or about July 15, 2013.    No abatement certification or documentation required.

No abatement certification or documentation required.
