29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i)  is applicable to employment by 29 CFR 1917.1(a)(2)(iv) that incorporates the General Industry requirement: Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating  at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i):    (a) On or about July 16, 2013 the inspection revealed that employees were potentially exposed to serious injury or death from electrical shock and burns due to exposed live parts on a splice for the circuit providing power to a conveyor. The hazard was located at the base of the jib hoist at 16273 Lower Harbor Road in Brookings, Oregon.
