29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) On or about July 18, 2013, and at times prior to that date, for an employee exposed to an approximate 30-foot fall hazard while installing asphalt shingles on a newly constructed apartment complex with a 6/12 pitch roof at 4071 34th Avenue South, Fargo, North Dakota.
