29 CFR 1910.176(b): Secure storage. Storage of material shall not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse. a- Warehouse, Area 03-01-A - Storage rack was bent to the point where the anchor to secure the rack to the floor was pulled out and raised up, making the rack unstable. In addition, the cross beam at the first level of the rack was pulled away from the outside end beam. Condition noted on or about 7/17/13.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures: a- Warehouse - The covers of the following electrical panel boxes were removed, exposing employees to accidental contact. 1- Electric panel by the battery charging area. 2- Electric panel by the Dock Doors. Condition noted on or about 7/17/13.
