29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): The clearance between scaffolds and power lines were less than 3 feet. a) 808 South 7th Street - An employee was performing brick laying operations from a tubular welded frame scaffold approximately (1) foot from a service power line of approximately 220 - 240 volts, thus exposed to an electrocution hazard. Observed on or about July 18th, 2013.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (g)(1)(vi) of this section, each employee was not protected by the use of personal fall arrest systems or guardrail systems meeting the requirements of paragraph (g)(4) of this section. a) 808 South 7th Street - An employee performing brick laying operations from a tubular welded frame scaffold was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twenty-five (25) feet without the use of a personal fall arrest system or guardrail system. Observed on or about July 18, 2013.
