29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(i): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards likely to cause death or serious physical harm, in that the employer did not ensure that the electrical equipment was suitable for installation and use in conformity with the provisions of this subpart:   At these locations, electrical equipment operating at 120 volts AC, at a height of 38 inches above the floor, was not approved for use in damp locations. Unprotected employees were exposed to shock hazards while engaged in customs and border protection point of entry activities and operating non-approved electrical equipment wet with wind driven rain water:     a. Pharr-Port of EntryPrimary Lanes 1-4: Non approved electrical equipment including but not limited to, wall mounted circuit breaker metal panel boards, light switch metal enclosures, duplex receptacle metal enclosures,  and Computer Processing Units, Monitors, Card Readers, and Mouse Devices.     b. Anzaldua Port of Entry-Primary Lanes 1-4. Non approved electrical equipment including but not limited to, wall mounted circuit breaker metal panel boards, light switch metal enclosures, duplex receptacle metal enclosures, and Computer Processing Units, Monitors, Card Readers, and Mouse Devices.
