29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about 7/12/13, and at times prior there to, employees were observed not wearing a body harness or lanyard while working from an aerial lift. The employees were exposed to a fall greater than 10 feet to the ground below. OSHA recognized that a body belt is not sufficient and the use of a full body harness is required.
