29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end:     a)  At the jobsite, on the roof, on or about 7/19/13:  Employees were working on a residential roof, and were working on a ladder jack scaffold approximately 9 feet from ground where the plank extended in excess of 4 feet over its support.    Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.

The Roofing Guys was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315849273, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 4/25/12, with respect to a workplace located at 129 Iron Oak Circle, North Syracuse, NY.    Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
