29 CFR 1926.850(a): Evidence in writing was not available that an engineering survey performed by a competent person had been performed prior to permitting employee(s) to start demolition operations: (a) Landisville Intermediate Center - The employer did not prepare or obtain a written engineering survey before permitting employees to start the demolition process on or about June 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
