29 CFR 1910.272(o)(1): The employer did not provide at least two means of emergency escape from galleries (bin decks) in the grain handling facility: a) On July 19, 2013, the emergency escape ladders drop to approximately 10 ft. from the ground on the silos. The lowest rung of any ladder shall not be more than 12 in. above the level of the surface beneath it. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
