29 CFR 1926.28(a):  Appropriate personal protective equipment was not worn by employee(s) in all operations where there was exposure to hazardous conditions:  (a)  At 2928 Cortona Drive, Lot 14-B of the Viera Development, employees performing wood framing were not protected by eye or face protection from being struck-by debris or projectiles while using a pneumatic nail gun as observed on or about July 19, 2013.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    (a)  At Lot-14-B, in the Cortona Subdivision development, employees installing decking onto a 6:12 pitched roof were not protected from a fall hazard of 10 feet from the eave to the ground below as observed on or about July 19, 2013.
