On or about 07/16/2013 at 220 Tom Hill Sr. Blvd., Macon, GA: Two employees were working on the roof of a gasoline pumping station were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 18 to the lower level. To access the roof the employees used a 25-foot extension ladder that did not extend 3 feet above the ledge for a means of safe access/egress.
