29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Employees on scaffolds more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection established in paragraphs (g)(1)(i)-(vii) of this section: a- 6710 Tilton Road, Egg Harbor Township, NJ: On or about 07/03/13, company employees performing siding replacement and other related activities from a prefabricated, tubular, welded framed scaffold's second buck side bracket were exposed to falls of approximately 13 feet 7 inches to the ground surface below when they were not provided with any fall protection, guard rails, safety nets, etc.

29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees were not protected by protective helmets while working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns: a- 6710 Tilton Road, Egg Harbor Township NJ: Employees working beneath an employee performing siding removal and other related activities from the second buck of a prefabricated, tubular, welded framed scaffold's side bracket were exposed to possible overhead struck by hazards when they were not supplied with head protection. Condition observed on or about 07/03/13.
