Listed, labeled, or certified equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification. a.) Superior Welding, Inc; Naval Station Norfolk, Barracks KK: On or about 07/16/13, extensions cords were not used in accordance with listing and labeling requirements in that two 50' extension cords were connected together to supply power to a portable electrical drill thereby potentially exposed employee to a fire and/or electrical shock hazard.
