29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501. a) Front porch roof. An employee was observed removing, scraping, construction debris from the 4 in 12 pitched porch roof that was approximately 12-feet 8-inches above ground level. The employee was not protected from fall hazards. Advanced Metalworks, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314645599, citation number 01, item number 001 and was issued to the employer on November 07, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 225 Tor Court, Alpharetta, Georgia.
