29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: For work performed on 315 S Hester at the apartment complex building site: On or about July 18, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees working in an active construction site did not wear protective helmets. Potential falling objects from overhead included, but may not be limited to, hand tools, mason bricks, five gallon buckets of plaster.
