29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point-of-operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and/or sparks:    (a) On or about July 16, 2013, and at times prior to that date, for employees exposed to caught-in hazards where a seed auger conveying system was operated with an unprotected rotating part in the oil room department at 11505 38th Street South, Horace, North Dakota.      (b) On or about July 16, 2013, and at times prior to that date, for employees exposed to struck-by and/or caught-in hazards where a seed mixing machine was operated with an unprotected rotating drum hatch cover in the in-shell department at 11505 38th Street South, Horace, North Dakota.      (c) On or about July 16, 2013, and at times prior to that date, for employees exposed to caught-in hazards where a seed mixing machine was operated with an unprotected rotating support guide wheel in the in-shell department at 11505 38th Street South, Horace, North Dakota.
