29 CFR 1915.73(d): When employees were exposed to unguarded edges of decks, platforms, flats, or similar flat surfaces, more than 5 feet above a solid surface, the edges were not guarded by adequate guardrails meeting the requirements of 29 CFR 1915.71(j)(1) and (2):    a) On or about July 16, 2013, an employee was working on the edge of the deck on the vessel, Alaska Venture, and exposed to a fall of approximately 14 feet to the deck below.
