29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Construction Site: On or about July 23, 2013, and at times prior thereto, as the controlling employer, Sussex Construction Inc., did not ensure its sub-contractor, Big Country Construction, protected their employees in that employees were exposed to a fall of approximately eleven feet to the ground below while installing decking on the second level floor of a new residential home.
