29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): 29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains that were seven (7) or less feet from the floor or platform were not enclosed:       a) Mc Donalds Restaurant # 2970, in the conveyor belt room, located in the basement: Employee were exposed to a nip point by walking by and working next to a running conveyor. Employees move materials into and out of the basement with the conveyor. The condition was noted on or about 07/22/13.       NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASEFILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION NOR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
