29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about July 23, 2013, employee was working/standing inside of a basket of Genie aerial lift without wearing a body belt with lanyard or other fall restraint system when framing a commercial building. Exposing the employee to fall hazards at approximately height of 10 feet or more.
