29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1):  Open sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides:    a) Cold Storage Area, on or about 7/23/13: North Wall Storage Platform was not guarded by a standard railing along the open side exposing employees to a 7 foot 5 inch fall hazard.  b) Cold Storage Area, on or about 7/23/13: East Wall Storage Platform was not guarded by a standard railing along the open side exposing employees to a 7 foot 5 inch fall hazard.  c)  Cold Storage Area, on or about 7/23/13: South Wall Storage Platform was not guarded by a standard railing along the open side exposing employees to a 7 foot 9 inch fall hazard.  d)  Cold Storage Area, on or about 7/23/13:  Mezzanine Storage Platform was not guarded by a standard railing along the open side exposing employees 9 foot 4 inch fall hazard.   Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.
