29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of carbon monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8-hour Time-Weighted Average concentration of 50 parts per million:     a.  An Inventory employee in the cold room was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour time weighted average exposure level of 87 parts per million.  This exposure represents 1.7 times the permissible 8-hour time-weighted average concentration of 50 parts per million.  The exposure was measured during a sampling period of 259 minutes; zero exposure was assumed for the period not sampled.     b.  An Inventory Forklift Operator in the cold room was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour time weighted average exposure level of 95 parts per million.  This exposure represents 1.9 times the permissible 8-hour time-weighted average concentration of 50 parts per million.  The exposure was measured during a sampling period of 243 minutes; zero exposure was assumed for the period not sampled.     c.  An Inventory Supervisor in the cold room was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour time weighted average exposure level of 82 parts per million.  This exposure represents 1.6 times the permissible 8-hour time-weighted average concentration of 50 parts per million.  The exposure was measured during a sampling period of 258 minutes; zero exposure was assumed for the period not sampled.     d.  An Inventory employee in the cold room was exposed to carbon monoxide at an 8-hour time weighted average exposure level of 94 parts per million.  This exposure represents 1.9 times the permissible 8-hour time-weighted average concentration of 50 parts per million.  The exposure was measured during a sampling period of 243 minutes; zero exposure was assumed for the period not sampled.
