29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt shall be worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a. On or about July 22, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing tree trimming operations on an articulating boom platform (Nifty TM34TE) was not wearing a body belt or fully body harness, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards of approximately twenty-five (25') feet.
