29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 24 Harrison Avenue, Carteret, NJ 07008: Employees were performing 2nd level roofing operations with a height of approximately 18' to the ground below with no fall protection in place. Condition occurred on or about July 24, 2013.
