29 CFR 1926.350(a)(9): Compressed gas cylinders were not secured in an upright position at all times, accept, if necessary, for short periods of time while cylinders are actually being hoisted or carried: a) Two cylinders (one compressed gas and one compressed oxygen) were left unsecured standing near the wall at the ground floor. Employees were exposed to fire/ explosion hazard; employees can be struck by a falling cylinder. Location: 251 Columbia St, Brooklyn N.Y. On or about 7/18/2013 NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

Employees were exposed to fall hazard during construction activities. Location: 251 Columbia St, Brooklyn N.Y.
