29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): In the workplace where respirators were necessary to protect the health of the employee or where respirators were required by the employer, the employer did not establish and implement a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures for selecting respirators for use in the workplace: a). On or about 7/25/13 on site, for employees manually scrapping lead based paint from the side of a school building. The employer provided and required the use of 3M 7503 1/2 mask respirators with 3M 2091 P100 filters. The employer did not provide a respiratory protection program to include a written program, fit tests, medical evaluations, and training.
