29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   Location:  941 Park Avenue, St. Louis, MO  63104  The workers were exposed to an approximate 23 foot fall hazard as they worked on the approximate 5:12 pitch roof without the use of an adequate fall protection system and/or fall arrest system.  Reyes Repair was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315916411, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/15/2012, with respect to a workplace located at 11784 Beaverton, Bridgeton, MO  63044.   Reyes Repair was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315652701 , citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/14/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 5 James Sports Ct., OFallon, MO  63366.
