29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows: (a) Building Entrance - On or about July 17, 2013 employees were exposed to fall hazards while working from an 80 inch high scaffold and they were not protected by the scaffold being fully planked.
