The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) Construction Site: On or about July 24, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall of approximately nineteen feet to the ground below while sheathing the roof of a new residential home due to lack of adequate training in the recognition of fall hazards and the methods to minimize these hazards.
