29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: a) Two story residential dwelling, 417 East Washington Avenue, Connellsville, PA 15425: Observed on or about July 24, 2013, an employee engaged in roofing activities on two story residential dwelling was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. The slope of the roof was approximately 10 in 12 (vertical to horizontal). The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the ground below.

The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet to the ground below while engaged in roofing activities.
