(a) On the top floor - Employees landing precast concrete plank were exposed to exposed rebar in and around the area they were working; on or about 07/24/13.       NOTE:  THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM IN THE ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19
