29 CFR 1926.501(c): The employer did not ensure that when employees were exposed to falling objects: In addition to having employees wear hardhats, the employer shall implement one of the measures outlined in 501(c)(1) through (c)(3) which include:  Provide a toeboard, or screen or the equivalent, or a canopy,  or keep objects back away from the edge,  or barricade the area to which objects can fall:    a) Toeboards or the equivalent were not provided on guardrails systems at the jobsite, at floor openings and roof edges.  Employees were exposed to being struck by falling objects during construction activities.     Location:  251 Columbia St, Brooklyn N.Y.
