29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2): The employer that produced, used, or stored hazardous chemicals at the workplace in such a way that employees of other employer(s) could be exposed did not ensure that the hazard communication program included all of the elements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(iii): a) 1330 Powell St, Norristown, Pa: Employees of Fornance Physician Services, Inc and Einstein School of Anesthesia were exposed to vapors from use of Gerocel 2310 and their employer did not inform them of where they could access a material safety data sheet for the material nor were they informed of the methods that will be used to protect employees during normal workplace operations or emergencies. Fluidics written hazard communications program did not indicate how this information would be provided, on or about July 23, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
