29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Installation and use. Listed, labeled, or certified equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification. In the following instances nonmetallic-sheathed cable was not installed in accordance with the listing, labeling, and certification: a) Drummond Hall, Data Room - The spliced conductors were not completely enclosed with electrical tape, and the cable was not secured or supported within 12 inches of the splice. b) Drummond Hall, Storage Room - The spliced conductors were not completely enclosed with electrical tape, and the cable was not secured or supported within 12 inches of the splice. c) Piper Hall, Longue - The cable was not secured or supported within 12 inches of the splice.
