29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On July 24, 2013, at the jobsite located at or near 1935 S Campbell Ave, in Springfield MO, employee was exposed to a fall hazard in that he was working over 6 feet above lower level without the use of an approved form of fall protection.
