Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system.  Worksite, West; Roof - Employees engaged in construction activities were observed working on the roof of a commercial building, approximately 2.5 floors above the ground. Employees were not protected from falling, by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems on, or about 07/18/13.       Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
