Noland Road, Independence, Missouri- Employees were exposed to possible shock or electrocution hazards in that extension cords had missing ground pins as well as one cord had been severed, reconnected and wrapped in electrical tape.

Noland Road, Independence, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working and walking on the trusses that were being installed and braced and were either not wearing any means of fall protection or were utilizing fall protection equipment that would not protect the employees.
