Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. (a) On or about 7/24/2013 - at 1700 Pinson St., Birmingham, AL, employees working at the unprotected edge of the low-slope roof were not protected from falling.
