29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: a) Cox & Kanyuck Electric, Inc. / 3700 Route 957, Russell, PA 16345: On or about July 25, 2013 the company had in place an outside temporary electrical supply for onsite contractors. The temporary electrical supply outlets faceplates were designed for interior use and were not protected from the elements.
